Ads will be accepted in any form - from ready to print to hand written on the back of an envelope with a snapshot included.  Even if you just have a general idea of what you want, let me know, and I will do my best to make it happen.
All ads will be proofed by the ad chairman and I will contact you if I have concerns
Absolutely NO ads will be accepted after Sept. 5
Payment is by check or cash only - checks made out to 2009 SBCA National
Payment must be received by the ad chairman by Sept. 5 for your ad to be included in the catalog

Business sponsors will be listed on a special Corporate Sponsors Page with the amount donated.  I can be contacted for details on what we offer for larger donations.  We are also holding on to the covers for a while as an enticement for a large business donation so they are not available yet. 
 
Anyone placing a full page ad is entitled to one  free catalog.
